A: That is the beauty of the Core Domination system. Each of the 8 programs contained within rely on the most basic exercise tools possible. You cannot make the kind of gains you want without external resistance (i.e. weights), but we keep it so easy to do and easy to follow with the absolute least stuff necessary. So, you will either need a few pairs of kettlebells, a few pair of dumbbells, or a barbell set. One of those tools and a bench and you are ready to rock!
A: You can, but you aren’t going to get a system that pushes you step by step to be better than you are today. Piecing stuff together from the internet is about like throwing a dart a the dart board; you just throw and hope for the best. So, do you want to just try some random exercises and hope for the best or do you want to follow a guide that will get you the results you seek.
On top of that, the exercises featured in this program I can guarantee you, you will not find just browsing the internet and furthermore you won’t find full tutorials showing you exactly what to do and what not to do as you put them to use.

A: Without a doubt! This program is perfect for the absolute newb and for the elite athlete alike. The movements we showcase are either basic and challenging enough on their own so that both groups can benefit equally, or tough enough for athletes to get their butts kicked by them and require a modification (which we show) for those who are just starting out.
I often workout side by side WITH my clients, beginners and advanced, and we do the same stuff together and I leave the session equally worn out as they do because of the protocols put in place within the Core Domination system.
A: You sure can! Getting rid of the extra weight you gained from having a baby follows the same rules as fat loss for the masses. You don’t need special training protocols because you just had a baby. Seek clearance form your doctor and if you were active before the baby, then you can ease back in and pick up where you were in a matter of weeks. If you are just starting out, you’d want to take things a bit more slowly at first, but the training protocols are easily modified to fit any starting point so you would still be in good hands.
A: While I wouldn’t recommend this program for youth in their pre or early teens (about 14 and under), it does work wonders for people of all adult age groups: 20′s, 30′s, 40′s, 50′s and beyond. My current oldest client is 66 years old and one of the strongest women I get the pleasure of working with.
A: A lot of women I encounter on and offline ask me this question – and it’s understandable because most women think strength training will make them bulky. Especially when you have magazines constantly showing their models working out with 5 and 10 pound dumbbells instead of the heavier weights that they really need. Women produce much less testosterone (an ingredient that is necessary for building muscle) than men, so you don’t need to worry about looking like a bodybuilder if you don’t want to. The muscles that you will develop are the kind that fill out your frame nicely and give you the kind of sexy shape you are really after and keep you from looking “skinny fat.”
A: If you start this program, follow the training outline and nutrition guidance and do not see any results then I will gladly refund your money as promised.
